The Citizens to Preserve North Dakota Property Rights group is a grassroots coalition group made up of the North Dakota Elk Growers and Deer Farmers Associations along with land owners, farmers, ranchers, sportsmen, business owners and other like minded groups and individuals.

The purpose of our group is not to sway you into choosing to hunt on a game preserve because the bottom line is that preserve hunting is not for everyone. However, hunters should have the freedom to choose whether they wish to hunt on a game preserve or not.

Our primary goal is and always will be to protect North Dakota property rights and ensure that a NO vote prevails on an initiated measure slated for the November 2008 ballot that will prevent the development and growth of deer and elk preserve hunting operations in North Dakota.
