Our grassroots group is committed to protecting North Dakota property rights.
Measure 2 will be on the November 2nd ballot and it poses the single greatest threat to property rights in North Dakota today.
If passed, Measure 2 threatens to unleash dire consequences upon North Dakota hunters and landowners. For hunters, Measure 2 will open the door to attempts to limit certain types of hunting and trapping, including bow hunting and some types of bird hunting. For landowners, including farmers and ranchers, Measure 2 is the first step towards greater regulation of land, limits on-the-farm slaughters and threatens both our private meat industry and our diversified livestock operations.
Because of the threat it poses to our private property rights, our agriculture industry and our hunting freedoms, we have united as a grassroots coalition determined to stop Measure 2 and save North Dakota's private property rights and our way of life.
