Our grassroots group is committed to protecting North Dakota property rights.

We are working hard to inform the public of an initiated measure slated for the November 2008 ballot that will prevent the development and growth of deer and elk preserve hunting operations in North Dakota. Petitions are currently being circulated to BAN these operations and will most likely be on the ballot this November.

Creating laws that dictate how landowners use their land opens the door to additional restrictions that could be applied to property owners. With the public’s help we can ensure that a NO vote prevails should this measure go to voting this fall.
